Cyber-terror and policy
Cyber warfare and terror becomes more visible and day-to-day practice than futuristic fiction. Majority of the planned terror attacks had been created through or using Internet tools for preparation, finding materials, mobilization and execution of the operation. The acts generally include all aspects of the Internet structure: web servers, enterprise information systems. The course describes the strategies and analyzes the pitfalls of the Internet warfare through jurisdiction, army, social society, hacking youth culture and international relations.
